Kate (Goodchild) Moser, MPT, ATC and Lindsey (Fair) Savage, MSPT fulfilled their lifelong dream in July 2011 when they opened Back On Track Physical Therapy in their hometown of Rutland, Vermont. When you arrive at Back on Track, you receive personalized, quality care. The facility offers private treatment rooms as well as a welcoming gym area with state of the art equipment. Back On Track provides manual therapy, functional training for strengthening, flexibility and balance, work hardening programs, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation; as well as individualized fitness programs.
